Product Strategy
The strategy seat — market, UX, and content strategy upstream of the build.
Product Strategy is the seat upstream of product engineering and experience design. Three pillars: market & competitive strategy (SWOT, Porter’s Five Forces, PESTLE, BCG Matrix, OKR cascade, PRFAQ, stakeholder-research synthesis) that produce committed artifacts in docs/product/shaping/ and feed the PE pack’s shaping queue; UX strategy (experience vision, goals/measures, plan) upstream of journey-mapping; and content strategy — the Halvorson quad (Purpose · Process · Structure · Governance) that sits above per-surface content design. Pure method: it references the canonical frameworks by name and applies them to your context — no growth tooling, no stack tokens.
