Contracts installs two contract-authoring skills: api-contract (OpenAPI 3.1 for synchronous REST/HTTP APIs) and event-contract (AsyncAPI 2.x for event-driven interfaces). Both skills are user-scope by default — contract style is portable across projects and reflects the engineer’s discipline, not the repo’s.
