Your work-loop runs can now be watched in an observability backend. Install jsonl-otlp-exporter, point it at your own OpenTelemetry Collector, and each phase change arrives as a log record — how long the phase took, which gate decided what, and how close the run is to its retry budgets. It is off until you configure an endpoint, and the thing that sends is a separate distribution you install on purpose, so a catalogue install alone can never transmit.
What would be sent is written down before you turn it on. The how-to guide names the file that is read, the records that leave, the fields that may go, and the things a pack cannot see at all — your prompts, the model's replies, and token counts.
