  • An intent that says the work is finished now has to say who decided that and on what evidence. Status: Fulfilled requires both an Accepted: and a Fulfilled: record, and Status: Cancelled requires Accepted:. Intents that passed the corpus lint yesterday can fail today, so this is a gate change to plan for rather than a new option to adopt.
