A plan now records who approved it, and when. Approving a spec and plan froze the contract and left no trace in the artifacts of when that happened or on whose authority. Reading a shipped delivery months later, you could not tell which claims were in the contract at approval and which arrived during the work — the plan's own history started at drafting and resumed at execution, with the gate itself unmarked. Each approval is now a dated entry in the plan's changelog, written by the approver in the same edit that sets the status.
