When an open decision in your design depends on how a system shape coordinates — an event-driven system, a layered application, a distributed service — the skill now loads that shape's concept in full, so the concern reaches the document without you having to name the shape yourself. A design with a live decision in each of several shapes loads every one of them. Where no decision turns on a shape, none is loaded and the working receipt says so, so you can tell the axis considered your design and found nothing to add.
